2022 Women's Empowerment Symposium

In the Fall of 2022, so we could continue to bring in inspirational speakers showcasing women's leadership, confidence, character, and more, we hosted our fourth annual Women's Empowerment Symposium virtually once again over three days.

While women continue to be our main target demographic, it’s also important for men to join this movement. We need to empower each other. Young female and male leaders of the future will benefit from the Rose Bowl Institute’s approach to learning from sports values and experiences.

We hosted three days of amazing speakers, discussions and networking opportunities through our customized interactive digital platform with featured speakers, Simone Biles, Katelyn Ohashi, Tara Campbell (the youngest mayor in CA History) and many others.
